Students living within the priority enrolment area (PEA) for Campbell Primary School are guaranteed enrolment in the school (Kindergarten - Year 6). The PEA covers the suburbs of Campbell, Duntroon, Pialligo, Fairbairn and Russell. Children who attend Campbell Preschool and the Allen Main Memorial Preschool at Duntroon have continuation of enrolment into Kindergarten.
Prospective students who live out of area, but within the ACT and have sibling/s attending Campbell Primary are given priority before enrolments from other out of area students are accepted. A waiting list is kept for all out of area students wishing to attend Campbell Primary School. As places become available families are contacted with an offer of placement. Please visit the Education and Training Directorate website to view the timeline for ACT residents.
For NSW residents wanting to enrol in an ACT preschool, applications will not be considered until Term 1, Week 2, 2018 (19 February). For NSW residents wanting to enrol students in Kindergarten-Year 6, enrolments may be considered, however, if Campbell Primary has high levels of ACT out of area applications, these will be considered before NSW applications. This may be as late as Term 1, 2018. Please visit the Education and Training Directorate website to view the timeline for NSW residents.
