Enrolments

Students living within the priority enrolment area (PEA) for Campbell Primary School are guaranteed enrolment in the school. The PEA covers the suburbs of Campbell, Duntroon, Pialligo and Fairbairn. Children who attend Campbell Preschool and the Allen Main Memorial Preschool at Duntroon have continuation of enrolment into Kindergarten.

Prospective students who live out of area and have sibling/s attending Campbell Primary are given priority before enrolments from other out of area students are accepted. A waiting list is kept for all out of area students wishing to attend Campbell Primary School. As places become available families are contacted with an offer of placement.

ENROLMENT PROCEDURES

A School Information Folder is available.

To enrol a student at Campbell Primary School parents are required to:

• Complete the Enrolment Form

• Provide proof of residency

• Provide proof of age (birth certificate or passport)

• Provide proof of residency status if visiting Australia from overseas

• Provide proof of immunisation requirements

When transferring from interstate, overseas or a local school, it is helpful if a written report is available at the time of enrolment.

ALL FORMS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE FRONT OFFICE.

As the school needs to confirm enrolments well in advance to plan for staffing, parents are requested to complete enrolment procedure as soon as possible. When you arrive at Campbell Primary you will be welcomed and given a tour of the school. We share information to assist in a happy start to your child’s education. The Principal, Deputy Principal and Business Manager are available to assist your family in settling in to the school community.
