As part of our Book Week celebrations, students and staff dressed up as a character from one of their favourite books. The school was taken over by super heroes, dragons, princesses, Little Red Riding Hood, fairies, Billie B Brown, Eeyore, Harry Potter, Cat in the Hat, witches, numerous animals and many more!
Students and teachers enthusiastically showed of their creative costumes and shared their favourite books throughout the day.
During library lessons, students also celebrated Book Week through the theme 'Connect to Reading', which is about enjoying the experience of exploring story and travelling to other worlds. Students illustrated the journey they go on when they read. These artworks will be displayed in the Library.
